An ecology of meeting rooms

The Ark has three meeting rooms included with yourlease as a full-time tenant. Each has been designed to cater for different group sizes and working styles. What's more, each has been acoustically isolated from the main work spaces to ensure that meetings are productive and uninterrupted . All meeting rooms have white boards and speaker phones. Mimio electronic whiteboards and a data projector (Mac and PC compatible) are available at no extra charge. Please note that the electronic whiteboard and data projector must be booked in advance and subject to availability.

The Library

The Library is a large, light filled room with a large timber table and a couch. The table can seat up to 12 , or the room can be used for up to 20 people standing. The Library is equipped with a smart whiteboard capable of displaying computer images, as well as capturing and saving drawn images for printing, manipulation or e-mailing. The Library works well for evening drinks or breakfast meetings.

The Think Tank

The Think Tank seats up to 8 people at a high, elliptical shaped table. The height also makes it comfortable to work at when standing.

The Alcove

The Alcove is a small meeting room that seats up to 4 people comfortably.

Meeting rooms can also be used as a place to take your laptop for a change of scene, or as a private space to use your cordless phone.
