On a functional level, this ensures that the latest technology can be seamlessly integrated without disturbing the building's unique style.
- Classically designed marble foyer and 2 Kone lifts, with a security key access system for after hours entry.
- Twin dual-zone air-conditioning units serve each floor, and in combination with under-floor ducting ensure the ideal internal temperature.
